Essential oils

What they say? Essential oils are organic compounds extracted from plants with tremendous healing properties, which helps to improve physical, mental and emotional health. You can use essential oils many ways, including aromatic diffusion, topical application, and dietary consumption. You will enhance your health and wellbeing by adding different types of botanical drops to your daily regime.

What they say? I recently got introduced to doTERRA essential oils by Amy Innes, founder of Healthy, happy mind and am totally HOOKED…. Living in a fast paced city like London, Amy suggested three types of blends for me. She suggested, the wild orange blend for energising, invigorating, and uplifting benefits… ( I use first thing in the morning before my meditation, so by the time I am finished, I am feeling of joyful, happy, and motivated for the day), after lunch I rub a few drops of Balance into my palms , which is a grounding blend, perfect for that afternoon dip, it also helps to ease any anxious feelings, promotes a sense of calmness and evokves feelings of tranquility and balance. Lastly after a nice epsom salt soak, I use the Lavander blend before bed time, the scent is so soothing, relaxing, and helps promote a peaceful sleep as well as reduces any anxious and tense feelings.
