dont-keep-calm-its-festive-timesAs Halloween has just gone, and party season is approaching, this is the perfect time to give your body a break and a boost for the coming weeks of festivities, food and fun.  By no means is this about starvation, or deprivation, but wholesome nourishing meals that will strengthen your immune system, energise, flush fat, and get you glowing from the inside out.  I am all for putting healthy foods, drinks, supplements in my body, but I still save 20% for treats like wine, cheese or chocolate. However eliminating the culprits completely will have a profound effect on your body, and you can focus on feeling good and having fun, rather than fighting a cold, and cancelling festive plans.

Most of these recipes require little time, so with proper meal planning , smart shopping, and food prepping, your on your way in the fab lane just in time for festive fun.

Tip : Get everything ready on the weekend, and do this monday- friday. * Recipes see below. Drink at least 6-8 cups of filtered water with lemon throughout the day for mega cleansing and detoxing properties.  Either premake the smoothie, juice and soup, then pop them into mason jars or research healthy cafes/supermarkets close to your work for lunch ideas, many offer fresh healthy soups and fresh green juices, just make sure they are free from refined sugar, dairy, and wheat.
