Honey Heaven Breakfast Bowl


  • 4-5 small plums
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of Brazilian nuts
  • 1 cup of gluten-free oats
  • 2 teaspoons of raw honey
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • your favourite plant milk (almond or rice milk work wonderfully)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil


How to prepare:

  • heat coconut oil and plant milk in a pan, adding a generous amount of cinnamon powder
  • add the oats and keep stirring for few minutes until obtaining a nice creamy consistence
  • when the oatmeal is read it pour it into a bowl and add the chopped plums and avocado, blueberries and brazil nuts
  • lastly pour the raw honey and enjoy a honey heaven breakfast!
