Honey Heaven Breakfast Bowl
- 4-5 small plums
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of Brazilian nuts
- 1 cup of gluten-free oats
- 2 teaspoons of raw honey
- 1/2 avocado
- your favourite plant milk (almond or rice milk work wonderfully)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
How to prepare:
- heat coconut oil and plant milk in a pan, adding a generous amount of cinnamon powder
- add the oats and keep stirring for few minutes until obtaining a nice creamy consistence
- when the oatmeal is read it pour it into a bowl and add the chopped plums and avocado, blueberries and brazil nuts
- lastly pour the raw honey and enjoy a honey heaven breakfast!
