How To Make ButterBean and Carrot Soup?

  • 500 ml of fresh veggie or chicken stock.
  • 2 Tbs of minced garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cups carrot batons
  • 1 can of butter beans
  • 1 Cup of new potatoes
  • 1 can of butter beans
  • 1 tsp of turmeric


Sauté the onion, potatoes, carrots, and garlic, coconut oil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add to food processor and remainder of ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve hot and season with salt n pepper.
