How To Make Healthy Breakfast?

  • Coconut Oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • Bell Peppers

  • Tabasco Sauce

  • 2 Pinches of Turmeric

  • 1/2 Avocado


Take a pan and add coconut oil into it. Heat the oil for a while, and then add eggs, chopped bell peppers, tabasco sauce for spicing up and at last 2 pinches of turmeric. Cook for a while & then take out in a plate, serve with the chopped avocado, that will add healthy fat to it.
