  • 8-10 cups of Purified water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 6 Celery sticks
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 6 Tsp of minced garlic
  • 1 tsb of oregano
  • 4 Tsp of turmeric

Instructions:

In a large pot put all the veggies and bones in the bottom, next add the apple cider vinegar and water, simmer for 4-6hours, adding more water if needed while its cooking.
