Kale And Pomegranate Salad

This salad is considered as a perfect salad for the spring season. Quick and easy to make salad is full of proteins, vitamins & anti-oxidants. Kale is the important ingredient used in this is full of proteins & anti-oxidants. Though, the salad is good for skin and overall health.


2 Cups of Kale
1 Cup of Pomegranate
Sunflower Seeds
1/2 Cup of Chicken


2 Tbsp of Orange juice (preferably fresh)
1 Tsp of minced garlic
1 Tsp of Olive Oil
1 Tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar


Take a bowl and 2 cups of kale and 1 cup of pomegranate. After that, add sunflower seeds along with the sliced cucumbers along with the skin. 1/2 cup of chicken is to be added at last.

Now, you need to prepare the dressing. And the directions for that are as follows:
In a class, add 1tsp of orange juice, 1 tsp of minced garlic and 1tsp of olive oil & Apple cider vinegar. Pour this dressing on the salad.

Finally, your Kale & Pomegranate Salad is ready!
