How To Combat Cravings During a Detox

  • Cravings come from feelings; ask yourself which HALT are you: Hungry? Angry? Lonely? Tired? Focus on managing those feelings not with food, but by taking deep breaths and other suggestions that I give in the video
  • Start meditating, it will drastically reduce your stress levels
  • Make your environment toxic-free, eliminate every junk food and temptations from your house
  • Include essential oils on your wellness journey
  • Surround yourself with like-minded people
