Porcini Mushroom Truffle Soup

Here, I come up with a soup for mushroom lovers. This soup is hearty, fragrant, earthy and simple to prepare. All the ingredients used in this including mushrooms are packed with intense flavor in the tiny pool of truffle oil. You only have to go with the chunks of mushrooms kissed with chicken stock and coconut milk. This amazing invention of mine is loaded with various health benefits and is the perfect one for the winter season. So, let’s have a look to its ingredients and directions for preparing it.


  • 300 grams mushrooms

  • 1 cup porcini mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp Truffle oil

  • 1 cup chicken stock

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 small onion


Take a pan and add tbsp of truffle oil, which you need to heat for a while. Then, add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Then, after cooking them for few minutes, add porchini along with the chicken stock, coconut milk (coconut milk for a creamy texture) and a dash of tabasco. After the soup is completely cooked, take it out in a jar for blending. Blend the whole mixture for 5 minutes and pour it in a serving bowl & garnish with the dried porcini.
