Seared Cod And Mango Salsa

- 2 pieces of Cod fish
- Diced red bell pepper
- Half lemon
- Diced mango
- Sea salt
- Vegetable Bouillon
Take a pan and add little bit of olive oil and when pan heats ups add two pieces of cod.
Sprinkle a little bit of vegetable bouillon.
After that cook for 3 minutes on both the sides on medium flame.
Mean while microwave broccoli by adding little bit of olive oil in a pre-heated oven.
While the cod is cooked, take a glass bowl and add diced red bell peppers and diced mango Mix them well.
Then add diced jalapeno, half lemon juice and pinch of sea salt.
Mix them all together.
Back to cod, see if the cod is cooked and then switch off the gas.
Also take out broccoli from the oven.
- Along with the bell pepper and mango mixture.
- Place the pieces of cod in a plate and also the broccoli.
