What’s better than a healthy vegan dip to share with friends? Learn with me how to make my special recipe ideal for dinners and parties. This is one of my favourite dishes that cannot miss in my table on social occasions, everyone loves it!

Vegan 7 Layers Dip


  • 16-17 organic medium tomatoes
  • 1 cup of guacamole (make your own one by mashing 4 avocados with lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper)
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 1- cups of grated vegan mozzarella (sold in most health shops)
  • 1 cup of plain dairy-free yoghurt
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can of refined beans


How to prepare:

  • chop the tomatoes and place it in a large bowl
  • start with the beans for the first layer and smooth the paste in a large container
  • add tomatoes as a second layer and the guacamole
  • no.4 add the plain yoghurt and another layer of tomatoes
  • pour the salsa and finally the vegan mozzarella
  • keep it in the fridge fro 24 hours and serve it with rice crisps or blue corn chips
