imageAs many of you are on a mega health kick this month to either shed some pounds, get more fit, stop smoking, or cut down on drinking, January is a time where resolutions are put in to action and the biggest goal seems to be to adopt healthier habits overall.  Obviously eating right, and exercising are keys to maintain a healthy weight, but also there are some fab foods that will also help boost your metabolism and curb cravings.  
To turbo boost your metabolism try adding these foods to your nutritional regime.
