The Hangover Helper

Ingredients

  • 1 can of organic chopped tomatoes
  • 500 mL bottle of coconut water
  • Worcester sauce
  • sea salt and black pepper
  • turmeric powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 4-5 stalks of celery

 

How to prepare:

  • roughly chop the celery stalks and place them in your Vitamix or blender
  • add coconut water, a couple of drops of  Worcester sauce, the can of chopped tomatoes
  • squeeze one lemon and add the juice in the blender with a sprinkle of turmeric, sea salt and pepper
  • blend until smooth and creamy
  • add some ice cubes
