Berry Beauty Bowl 

A fab and filling way to get your balance of complex carbs, fats and dietary fiber, all in one sitting

Without feeling bloated like most carby meals

You will need:

  • almond milk
  • coconut oil
  • gluten-free oats (less than a cup)
  • half an avocado
  • a handful of cranberries
  • a handful of blueberries
  • a handful of strawberries
  • a handful of pistachios
  • a sprinkle of flax seeds
  • a drizzle of maple syrup


You will need a pan and some coconut oil. Just follow these steps

  1. Cover the pan with the coconut oil
  2. Add almond milk and allow it to heat up
  3. Add the gluten-free oats and cook them
  4. Add half an avocado to the oats
  5. Add your cranberries , blueberries and strawberries
  6. Top up with the pistachios and flax seeds
  7. Drizzle with maple syrup

I love having this for lunch because they are sweet, savoury and satisfying all in one meal plus they are totally energising, beautifying and curbs those naughty cravings that creep up around 4 p.m.
