INCREDIBLE CREAY AVO ON TOAST

HOW TO MAKE:
Scoop out the avo then squeeze a bit of lemon juice on it. Sprinkle black pepper, salt, a pinch of minced garlic, then mash them all together. Set aside. Toast the bread. Then proceed on cutting cherry tomatoes and the eggs.
Spread the mashed avo on top of the toast, put on the egg and the tomatoes, then sprinkle a bit of salt. Then you’re good to go! Makes brunching at home super easy and convenient.
