How To Make Crunchy Halloumi Cranberry Canapes?

This recipe of mine is a great addition to any festive evening party. Amazing in taste and healthy will surely be loved your guests and family member. You must try out once in making and serving this bunch of healthy as a dessert to your loved ones.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

  • ½ Cup gluten Free Cornflakes

  • ½ Cup Fresh Cranberries

  • ½ Cup Fresh Orange Juice

  • 2 Slices of Halloumi Cheese

  • Honey

Directions

Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of coconut oil. After that take cheese slice and apply that coconut oil onto it and then cover the slices completely with the cornflakes. Then in a pre-heated oven cook the slices till for few minutes.

While, the cheese is getting cooked, take a food processor jar, add cranberries, honey and orange juice to it. Blend it till you get a smooth paste. Take out the paste in a small bowl.

When the goat cheese is completely cooked, cut it into the pieces and serve with the cranberry and orange juice thick paste.
