  • Broccoli

  • Handful of Sliced Green Beans

  • Handful of Chopped Asparagus

For Sauce

  • Garlic

  • Sesame Oil

  • Tamarind

  • Chilli Sauce


Take a pan and when it heats up, add sesame oil along with the tamarind and hot sauce. Later add asparagus and broccoli. There is no need to cook the veggies for a long time, otherwise they will get complete cooked and there will be a loss of nutrients & other Vitamins. After few second, take out in the plate.
