How To Make Seared Duck With Pomegranates & Orange Glaze?


  • Buck Breast

  • 2 Small cups of chickpeas

  • 2 cups of Lentils

  • 1 Cup Pomegranate

  • ½ tsp of olive oil, along with 2 cups of orange juice, salt, pepper and a drizzle of honey


Take a pan and add chickpeas and lentils & cook them together for sometime. In an another pan, cook duck breast. Later add sea salt and pepper into the pan where chickpeas and lentils are being cooked. Also, add olive oil and pomegranates.

After they are cooked, take it out in a plate and add the pieces of cooked duck breast over it. Garnish it with the orange juice mixture.
