My Top 5 Tips on How To Stay Positive

Negative situations are the commonest things that happens all the time. The thing is that, we must know how one can counteract their negative effect on lives and attitudes. Positive thinking helps in staying positive even in the midst of any situation.

I have made this video with an intention of helping people who struggle for staying positive and still do not get results.

This is the thing that you make it yourself. Every person uses it intentionally and unintentionally. Sometimes, in the morning you jump out of the bed and shout “I feel great”. So, this is positive affirmation. This helps in maintaining positive and emotional well being of the person. Here are the things by which you can develop a positive well being of the mind:

Tip No. 2: Express Gratitude

Negative thoughts often loom largely. In order to help your brain to stock positive events, continue to write 5 things daily. The things you may include are : I have wonderful support of the family, having a great husband/ wife. If you prefer a daily habit, then keep a nightly log of good things that happened that day. Thinking about good things will automatically give extra time to your brain to register and remember positive events.

Tip No. 3 Meditation

Meditation, one of the most relaxing and positive energy grabbing way. This helps to keep the focus away from the thoughts by bringing your attention towards breathing. Meditation ease your mind by giving you ample amount of time for yourself.

Tip No. 4 Lock Up Bad Thoughts

Often people stuck in negative thoughts. So, whenever you feel you are surrounded by the negative spiral, talk to the people that can put the things into the right perspectives. By this, you cannot feed yourself with the negative thoughts. Avoid negative people, their attitude will only bring you down and be counter productive to what you are trying to achieve by practicing positive thinking.

Tip No. 5 Focus on What You have

If you are constantly focusing upon the thing that you do not have, will ruin all the things. As you will not be able to appreciate for the things that you have. For example, if someone gave you 3/4 cake, you are making focus on the slice which is not there rather than enjoying the rest of the cake. This thing will never allow you to enjoy the cake you have. So, it is really important to appreciate the things which you have rather than crying for what you do not have.
