IMG_7595This week on Ashfab Nutrition features skincare specialist Rhian Truman whom I got the pleasure of meetng last week, I had a skin consutlation followed by a 90 minute London monthly maintenance treatment in the comfort of her home. “ A bespoke maintenance facial, perfect to renew and deep cleanse your skin; a perfect balance of tailored hands-on techniques and non invasive electrical devices, from O-zone steaming, extraction, anti bacterial high frequency and a relaxing face and upper body massage”

I not only felt all my stresses and troubles melt away from her relaxing massage, but the results were phenomenal..  my skin felt and looked 5 years younger.

An overall beautifying, anti-ageing, relaxing, luxurious treatment, that I would definitely book again. If you are London based, the monthly maitentnce is the perfect solution for a hectic, city living lifestyle; it will keep wrinkles at bay, your complexion clear, and skin glowing…. I felt so much better about turning 33 this month, after seeing her and helping me shed years off my age 😉 Thanks Rhian
