hi guys!!!! check out my new brunch recipe in this video. as usual, my recipes are always super filling but feels light and most importantly, easy to prepare.
- coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- sea salt
- chilli flakes
- organic spinach
- cherry tomatoes
- gluten free toast
how to prepare:
- heat the pan with a little bit of coconut oil. cook the 2 eggs as you would a scrambled egg.
- put the egg on a plate and sprinkle with some chilli flakes and pepper (optional)
- slice the cherry tomatoes and put it on the plate together with the scrambled egg and including the spinach.
- you may also sprinkle some mixed nuts on top of it (optional)
