Raspberry Salad Recipe

Serves 2-3

For the dressing

  • Olive Oil- 2 TBSP
  • 1 Tbs of Raw honey
  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper


  • Sliced Radishes- 1 cup
  • Raspberries- 2 cups
  • Pecans: 2 tbs
  • Little lettuce gem chopped: 3 cups
  • 1 Sliced Cucumber
  • 1/2 Juice of lemon
  • Optional: Grilled Chicken or Beef


  • Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl, mix, pour the dressing and toss
  • Serve Immediately
