Hi guys! Learn with me how to prepare a spicy and nutritious gluten-free meal which is balanced in carbohydrates, protein and fat content. Let’s get started 🙂

Autumn Spice Beauty Bowl


  • gluten-free brown basmati and quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (great antibacterial)
  • salt and black pepper
  • a mix of your favourite seeds, I like sunflower seeds and flaxseed
  • dressing made by blending together cashew nuts, coconut oil, sriracha sauce and garlic
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cup of butternut squash
  • 1 cup of cauliflower


How to prepare:

  • heat the quinoa and rice mix in a pan with coconut oil and add some extra flavour seasoning with salt and black pepper
  • when the mix is ready place it in a bowl
  • add broccoli, butternut squash and cauliflower (tip: any other leftover from your Sunday roast will work, for example carrots or parsnips. Get creative!)
  • add the seeds and dressing
