Youth Boosting Soup

Watch my video and learn with me how to prepare a simple and extra tasty soup that will boost your radiance. In all my recipes I use organic and local ingredients which are higher in nutrients and flavour. Let’s get started 🙂


  • 2 small broccoli
  • 3 small courgettes
  • 1/2 cup of cashew nuts soaked in water overnight
  • 2 tablespoons of extravirgin olive oil
  • a sprinkle of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 3 cups of chicken stock
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a sprinkle of nutritional yeast


How to prepare:

Firstly chop courgettes and broccoli and place them in your Vitamix/food processor. Add chicken stock, cashew nuts, olive oil, sea salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic and nutritional yeast.

Olive oil is very important to help you absorb the fat soluble vitamins A D E K and garlic is a great immune-boosting ingredients.

Blend all together until smooth and serve with some coconut or greek yoghurt. Easy and ready in less than 10 minutes !
